Big wine tasting in London RAW 2018 By:Avital 　 What a great experience in my country to drink natural wine and in the center of London 5 min away from « Covert Garden » and the Thames. 西南部地方で、どこまでもやさしいワイン　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　Bois Moissetボワ・モワッセ醸造

（L’iréel リレール見本市） 自然派が少なかった西南部地方で、果実味タップリで爽やかなナチュラル・ワインを醸す フィリップ・マッフル。 フィリップは西南部でもこんなにやさしいワインができる、という事を証明してくれた。 フィリップのソフトな人柄がそのままワインになっている。 西南部でこんなスタイルのワインを造る人は他にいない。 自然派がいなかった西南部にて孤軍奮闘で試行錯誤しながらたどり着いた。 　　　　　 トゥールーズの街に限りなく近い地域。 トゥールーズといえばラグビーの街とも云える。 フィリップは最近の日本ラグビーチームの強さに驚いている。 数が月前に、日本対フランスの試合があった。 日本が最後の数分まで勝っていた。 最後に同点にされたが、フランス側にとっては、驚きの事実。 この試合の後、監督、選手が一掃された。 フィリップは、もうじき日本で開催されるラグビー世界選手権には絶対に日本に行きたいと願っている。 こんな人物が辿り着いた境地のワインを一度試してみてください。 西南部のワインとは思えない“やさしさ”に驚きますよ。 いぶし銀の味。
