それと、同時に最近、瓶詰されたサンプルを持ってきた。
今日は昨年から醸造を始めたポルトガルのワインTinta Marena 15とボジョレのChenas15, Cornas15を持ってきた。

まず、今年一年、ブルゴーニュであったこと、ブルゴーニュのワイン全体の話し、クローンのピノノワールの問題点が顕著化していること、

クローンやセレクションマサルに頼るだけでなく、種からピノ・ノワールを育てて改良する根本的な研究をする必要があることを、フィリップは強調している。
