]]> ボジョレ、クリストフ・パカレ訪問！ https://test.clubpassionduvin.com/beaujolais-christophe-pacalet https://test.clubpassionduvin.com/beaujolais-christophe-pacalet#respond Wed, 01 Aug 2018 13:24:19 +0000 https://clubpassionduvin.com/?p=12177 BY：TAKESHITA 今回クリストフはアムステルダム試飲会の為不在で主役はクリストフの右腕ドゥニ・ペノさん！ ご存知、ミュスカデの鉄人マルク・ペノの弟。 　 20代の時ロブションでソムリエ経験を持つ芸術家で、30年前マルセル・ラピエールとの出会いが、 彼をロワールからボジョレーに惹きつけた。 マルセルに飲ませてもらったモルゴン1984年でガメイの魅力に取り憑かれたらしい。 現在60歳だが、エネルギー漲るドゥニ。 これからのクリストフとの新しいプロジェクトを熱く語ってくれた。 　 さて今年は開花はコート・ド・ブルイィは6月上旬、フルーリーはちょうど今開花終わったところ。 雨が多く、最近気温も上がってきたのでベト病の恐れがあったが、今年は風が強く、ぶどうの湿気を 飛ばしてくれて、ぶどうは健全に育っている。 2018年収穫は、ヌーヴォーで8月末、ヴィラージュで9月上旬くらいとのこと。 3週間前に瓶詰めしたばかりの2017年キュヴェを試飲したが、2017年はサンタムールと コート・ド・ブルイィ以外の区画は雹害にあった。 最終的に2015年のような熟度のぶどうが収穫できたが、まさに選果のヴィンテージ。 また雹害にあった区画は例年よりマセラシオン期間を短くしている。 また熟度が高くアルコール感とのバランスを取る為、ガスを残したまま瓶詰めしている。 ボジョレー・ヴィラージュはグァバのような果実味と酸。グイグイ行ける。 サンタムールはパッションフルーツのような心地よい酸がありエレガント。 シルーブルはしっかりとしたミネラル感。 コート・ド・ブルイィは金柑のような酸が気品を感じさせる。 ムーラン・ナ・ヴァンはしっかりとした骨格のまさにグラン・ヴァン。 ボジョレーの多様なクリュの個性を表現するクリストフ。2017年ヴィンテージ好きだな(^^)。
